Driving Connection and Excellence: Inside the 41st BHS General Annual Meeting 2026

08.05.2026

The 41st General Annual Meeting of the Belgian Hematology Society (BHS) once again brought together the hematology community for an inspiring and dynamic gathering, combining scientific exchange, meaningful connections, and moments of shared experience. Held at the beautiful Dolce La Hulpe Brussels, the 2026 edition unfolded over one and a half days of discussions, meetings, and networking opportunities, reaffirming the importance of continuity and collaboration within the BHS community.

A programme beyond science

The meeting offered far more than high-level scientific sessions. It was designed as a space where professionals could connect, exchange, and build lasting relationships.

The event officially began with an exclusive Board Dinner at Maison Marit on Thursday evening, setting the tone for the days ahead. This was followed by a rich programme of sessions and interactions, culminating in a networking dinner for all participants on Friday evening, hosted at Dolce La Hulpe, and a lively celebration with live music.

A special highlight of the event was the Saturday morning run organised in collaboration with Run for Hope, bringing together participants in a moment that combined wellbeing, solidarity, and community spirit.

Delivered through partnership

Behind the scenes, the SEAUTON team ensured full coordination across logistics, speakers, travel, registrations, and social programme, delivering a seamless experience aligned with the association’s broader strategy.

This is at the core of our approach: not only organising events, but supporting associations with consistency, reliability, and a true partnership mindset.

An aftermovie capturing the highlights of the event will be shared soon.

Let us manage practical aspects, while you focus on your mission.
